Is my reservation confirmed ?

On confirmation of booking, the Hotel l'Avant Scène debit the amount of your booking. Your reservation is confirmed by e-mail. It is therefore crucial that the e-mail address you give us is accurate. The Hotel l'Avant Scene will in no case be liable for a mistake putting it in the inability to communicate information about your booking. If you do not receive an e-mail within 4 hours of submitting your reservation request, please contact the booking service of the Hotel l'Avant Scène contact@lavantscene.fr by mail, recalling the characteristics of your reservation (customer's name, room (s) reserved (s), date (s )...). The confirmation e-mail sent to you by Hotel l'Avant Scène serves as proof of booking and summarizes all the information regarding booking and information on the hotel (address, phone, fax, etc.. .).

How do I cancel my reservation ?

To cancel a reservation, please send by e-mail to contact@lavantscene.fr your cancellation request, or by phone 05 57 29 25 39. Reservations for children

You can add an extra bed for a child in all rooms that the Hotel l'Avant Scene offers. You can make this request when making your reservation by ticking the box "extra bed" when you book online. We recall that a child cannot be alone in a room and must have at least one parent or legal guardian. Are my personal informations protected ?

In the case of an electronic booking with immediate availability, the reservation is confirmed upon acceptance of your payment by the bank.
